As your Buyer's Representative, I can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can connect you to financing, get you information on local neighborhoods, and guide you through each step of the home buying process. Once you've found a place that feels right for you, I'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms. Once your offer is accepted and you are under contract, I will direct you to resources to ensure your due diligence time is productive and you gain all the information you need to make ensure you know exactly what you are getting with this all important purchase.

There's advertising to plan and budget for, open houses and private showings to arrange, purchase offers to negotiate, contract contingencies, and complicated paperwork to fill out. First, I'll perform a comparable market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home. Then I'll provide home staging advice to present your home in the best light to potential buyers. I will bring in a professional photographer to capture the true beauty of your home. Your home will be advertised through a variety of methods, including local publications, social media postings and online MLS® listings. An associate or I will conduct Open Houses with advertising and signage to get buyers in to see their future home. Once the offers begin to come in, we’ll go through each one and compare them to ensure you find the right offer for you. Once under contract, I will stay in touch with the buyer’s agent to make sure they are progressing through their due diligence period.
